How do I get my login?

Is my Mobile Money PIN safe?
We never ask for your PIN and you should never type it on a website. You approve the payment on your own phone, in your own Mobile Money menu.
Can I renew or come back later?
Yes! Use Smart Return Checkout with your phone number or email. If you renew on time (or your previous User is still free), you keep the same login. If your old slot was filled while you were away, we automatically assign you a fresh active Account & User.
